Copyright is a form of protection that allows creators and subsequent owners of original works to control how those works are used. Copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or transformed into a derivative work without the copyright owner's permission.
Mixdow complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly suspends access to Content when duly notified.
To file a copyright infringement notice with Mixdow, you must submit a written notice that substantially includes the information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Identify yourself as: a) the owner of a copyrighted work or b) a person "authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed." Include a physical or electronic signature.
Identify the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.
Identify the Content that is allegedly infringing or the subject of infringing activity and that is to be suspended or to which access is to be disabled, as well as information reasonably sufficient to allow Mixdow to locate the Content. Providing URLs is necessary to help us locate the Content.
Provide contact information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as an address, phone number, and a valid email address.
State that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the Content in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
State that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that has allegedly been infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid notification, we will suspend access to the Content on our site as required by law.
